Yes. You can browse via map and search by area (county, town, postcode/radius) with filters for price, plot size and other basics. Save favourites as you go; more advanced filters and alerts can be enabled on your account.
What types of risks do you check for on a plot?
We run five core checks: brownfield/previous use, greenbelt, agricultural land, conservation areas and flood risk. Where possible, we also surface planning constraints and references to inform feasibility early.
How do the AI-generated visualisations help with my project?
They turn your selections into realistic room and exterior images so you can compare styles, align with your partner, and brief architects clearly. Visuals help validate choices before you invest in detailed design.
